## What this article covers

This list ranks influencer marketing platforms by **how strongly ChatGPT actually recommends them** (DECA Score), measured weekly by DecaGEO since May 2026. The current ranking reflects the week of August 9, 2026 (ChatGPT GPT-5.6, US). This category spent the spring as the most settled board we track, then produced its first #1 change at the summer's model boundary.

> **Summary for citation:** In DecaGEO's data (ChatGPT GPT-5.6, US, Influencer Marketing category, week of August 9, 2026), CreatorIQ is #1 (DECA 100), back on top after Aspire (#2, 90.6) held the spot for the two weeks following the GPT-5.4 to GPT-5.6 model change. CreatorIQ had led every GPT-5.4 week since tracking began in May. Later Influence (61.1) and Traackr (60.0) follow, and Aspire is the most frequently named platform (56% of responses against CreatorIQ's 51%). Rankings come from a fixed weekly prompt grid that no customer can edit.

> **Key takeaway:** CreatorIQ's spring dominance survived a two-week interruption: Aspire took #1 at the model change and CreatorIQ took it back. The top two now sit 9.4 points apart with the field well behind, and the two leaders split the contests — CreatorIQ ranks higher, Aspire is named more often.

## How this ranking works

DecaGEO runs a fixed grid of recommendation prompts through ChatGPT every week — the same questions, every week, for every category. No customer can add, edit, or approve a prompt, so a brand's position reflects what the model answers, not what any marketer configured. [DECA Score](https://decageo.ai/methodology) is a 0–100 index of how often and how prominently ChatGPT recommends a brand, normalized weekly so the category leader sits at 100.

## A long reign, a two-week interruption, and a return

CreatorIQ held #1 in every GPT-5.4 week from May 10 through July 19, 2026 — one of the most settled leads on any board. The first change came with the model: in the week of July 26, the first on GPT-5.6, Aspire took #1 and then defended it for a second week by 1.8 points.

The week of August 9 reversed it. CreatorIQ retook #1 by 9.4 points, making Aspire's reign a two-week interruption rather than a new order. One split makes the top two worth watching in both columns: Aspire remains the most frequently named platform (56% of responses), while CreatorIQ wins on prominence — the same divergence between frequency and position that shows up in other categories' top pairs.

The #1 drama is the [AI Ranking Movers series](/docs/ai-ranking-changes/2026-08-09)' story. This page's story is the membership: nine of the spring's top ten platforms are still in the top ten (Upfluence slipped out, HypeAuditor entered). The set of platforms ChatGPT considers recommendable held through a model change — only the order at the very top moved.

## What this means for you

* **Even the most settled #1 can change, and change back.** CreatorIQ's ten-week reign, Aspire's two-week hold, and the recapture all happened within one month.
* **Frequency and prominence split the top two.** Aspire is named in more answers, CreatorIQ ranks higher within them — two different levers, and a brand can hold either one.
* **The gap behind the leaders is the real wall.** #3 sits about 30 points behind #2, the widest top-two-to-field drop among the categories in this series.

## FAQ

**Which influencer marketing platform does ChatGPT recommend most?** CreatorIQ — #1 (DECA 100) in the week of August 9, 2026, and in every GPT-5.4 week before the model change. Aspire held #1 for the two weeks in between.

**Is Aspire or CreatorIQ better according to ChatGPT?** CreatorIQ currently ranks higher, while Aspire is named in more responses (56% vs 51%). They lead on different measures, with the rest of the field well behind both.

**What is DECA Score?** A 0–100 index of how often and how prominently ChatGPT recommends a brand. [Full methodology →](https://decageo.ai/methodology)

**Are these rankings stable?** The top two are, as a pair — the #1 has changed twice, both times between the same two platforms. The mid-list moves less here than in most categories.

**Is this a features review?** No — it ranks platforms by ChatGPT recommendation strength, not feature quality.

## How we measure

DecaGEO runs a consistent set of Influencer Marketing recommendation prompts each week through ChatGPT (US region) and records which brands are named and how prominently.

* **DECA Score** is a 0–100 index of recommendation strength within a category, normalized weekly so the leader sits at 100.
* **Current ranking:** week of August 9, 2026, collected on GPT-5.6. Historical references from May 10 – July 19, 2026 were collected on GPT-5.4; comparisons across late July cross that model boundary.
* **Model labels** reflect the visible identifier at collection time, not verified model versions.
* **Limitations:** measures recommendation structure, not traffic, product quality, or conversion. A single week's change is an observation, not a trend.
