### Service Description

DecaGEO provides AI brand visibility rankings. We measure how frequently and prominently AI platforms recommend brands within specific categories, and publish the results as weekly-updated charts.

### Use of Data

Rankings, DECA Scores, and related metrics published on DecaGEO are intended for informational and research purposes. You may reference DecaGEO data in your own analysis, reports, and content with proper attribution to DecaGEO (decageo.ai).

Systematic scraping, bulk downloading, or automated extraction of ranking data without prior written consent is prohibited.

### Accuracy and Limitations

DecaGEO rankings reflect AI platform behavior at the time of measurement. AI responses can change based on model updates, training data changes, and other factors outside our control. Rankings are not guarantees of future AI behavior.

### Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of DecaGEO after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

DecaGEO's public ranking pages do not require user accounts or collect personal information for browsing.
