Help Desk’s top two have been within one DECA point of each other for four straight weeks. Freshdesk led in the weeks of September 13 and 20, 2026, and Zendesk Suite in the weeks of September 27 and October 4, by 0.53 DECA points in the latest week. A week before that run began, in the week of September 6, the gap was 1.61 points.
Zendesk Suite kept #1 with a lower mention rate than Freshdesk, 63.3 against 65.8 percent. The DECA Score weighs each recommendation by where the brand appears in the answer, so the brand recommended in more answers does not always lead.
Influencer Marketing shows the same split with a wider margin. CreatorIQ held #1, 18.1 DECA points ahead of Aspire, while Aspire’s mention rate was 57.0 percent and CreatorIQ’s 55.7. CreatorIQ has now held the board alone in 19 of the 23 collections on record. On the other eight boards in the week of October 4, the #1 had the highest mention rate among the top three brands. Further down, CRM’s #4, Zoho CRM, had a higher mention rate than its #1, Dynamics 365 Sales, 50.6 against 49.4 percent.

The #2 changed on three boards. In Project Management Wrike rose from #4 to #2 and monday Work Management fell from #2 to #5, while ClickUp’s lead over the #2 narrowed from 26.4 to 11.5 DECA points. In CRM Agentforce Sales rose from #4 to #2, and Dynamics 365 Sales’s lead over the #2 widened from 7.1 to 12.2 points. In AI Image Generators Midjourney rose from #4 to #2 and Adobe Photoshop fell from #2 to #4.
In GEO the gap widened from 13.0 to 36.3 points with Profound still at #2, its mention rate down from 54.0 to 45.2 percent while Semrush’s held near 65 percent. In SEO, Semrush still led Ahrefs by 53.5 points, down from 65.5, as Ahrefs’s mention rate rose from 27.8 to 36.7 percent and Semrush’s fell from 72.2 to 65.8.
Rank movement reached its lowest on record

SEO and Project Management account for 24 of the 33 moves. Four boards moved nobody ten places: Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Help Desk and GEO.
GEO moved nobody that far and still turned over the most. 19 of the 33 brands ranked in the week of October 4, 2026 had been ranked in the week of September 27, the lowest carry-over share of the ten boards, and 14 brands entered and 14 dropped out. Influencer Marketing grew from 41 ranked brands to 50 on 18 entries, the most of any board.

Adobe Photoshop fell from #2 to #4 in AI Image Generators, and its mention rate from 37.9 to 27.1 percent.
