In the week of October 25 it ranked #1 by 2.4 DECA points, and in the week of November 1 Zendesk Suite ranked #1 by 10.2. Zendesk Suite gained four answers and sat higher than Freshdesk in the answers that named it. Zoho Desk ranked #3 with 34 answers.

Peec.ai took #1 in GEO

In GEO, Peec.ai moved from #3 to #1, recommended in 28 of 63 answers, up from 25. Scrunch AI rose from #6 to #2 with 25 answers, up from 15, and Semrush ranked #3 with 27. Otterly.AI, #1 a week earlier, fell to #4 with 20 answers, down from 25. Profound, #2 in the week of October 25, ranked #5 while recommended in 26 answers, one more than Scrunch AI at #2.

HubSpot Marketing Hub took #1 in Marketing Automation

In Marketing Automation, HubSpot Marketing Hub moved from #2 to #1 with 20 of 59 answers, up from 18. Iterable rose from #3 to #2 with 22, up from 17, and Braze fell from #1 to #3 with 20, down from 25. HubSpot Marketing Hub led Iterable by 6.2 points, the narrowest #1-to-#2 gap on the ten boards.

None of the ten boards had a #1-to-#2 gap under 3 points in the week of November 1, 2026, against three a week earlier. In Influencer Marketing, CreatorIQ stayed #1 while recommended in 31 of 79 answers, down from 37. Aspire stayed #2 with 39 in both weeks, and CreatorIQ’s lead went from 2.7 to 15.2 points. The lead widened because Aspire, named in the same 39 answers, sat lower in them than a week earlier. CreatorIQ appeared in fewer answers and sat higher in the ones that named it. In SEO, Semrush was recommended in 48 of 79 answers and SE Ranking, at #2, in 19, and the gap went from 62.7 to 70.8, the widest on the ten boards.
